Your role in a nutshell
As our HRE Lead, you'll orchestrate a winning project team by shaping strategy, championing employee experience, and ensuring compliance. You'll navigate project complexities, foster a thriving team culture, and translate data into actionable insights to propel project goals. This goes beyond HR basics; you'll be a strategic partner, advisor, and champion for a project's success.
Core responsibilities
- Define the mid- and long-term people strategy to support project objectives and goals.
- Contribute to project governance reviews and planning.
- Act as the single point of contact for the clients to drive project and transversal topics.
- Monitor compliance of the project with Neeyamo frameworks and contractual standards
- Monitor KPIs and provide KPI insights periodically with global/ regional/ local stakeholders.
- Manage relations with the client representatives and internal team members.
- Manage team requirements (incl. critical positions) and anticipate emerging/future talent needs,
- Flag at-risk positions.
- Implement and initiate activities for fostering team engagement.
- Identify training needs for the team and facilitate them.
- Coordinate resolution of project issues with the team as a part of the continual improvement.
- Bring continual improvements to delivery models.
- Team Management. Motivate, Inspire, and nurture the team for collective growth professionally.
- Managing tickets and SLAs
- Ensuring availability to the client and the team during shift hours
- Communicate critical topics with the manager for any attention or action
- Ensure team building activities to cheer up the team
- Address their concerns by coordinating with different departments/teams
Experiences and Skills
