As the go-to person for talent, you'll manage the entire employee lifecycle (H2R), ensuring compliance with local regulations and global frameworks.
You'll also champion Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, deploy global training programs, and manage the local talent pipeline, identifying future talent needs and driving succession planning. Your role in a nutshell
In Porto Salvo, lead our HR strategy. Cultivate a thriving CHC culture, manage the full employee lifecycle, and ensure unwavering compliance. Drive performance with reviews and targeted training, fostering a highly engaged workforce. Champion D&I initiatives, identify critical talent, and solidify our Employer Brand. Translate HR metrics into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Core responsibilities
- Define and lead the mid- and long-term HR strategy for Porto Salvo, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and ambitions.
- Foster a thriving CHC culture by actively communicating CHC values and spearheading initiatives to embed the CHC mindset across all levels of the organization.
- Contribute valuable insights to business reviews and collaborate in budget planning processes for the branch.
- Effectively communicate and implement CHC People & Culture (P&C) initiatives from global and regional levels while ensuring adherence to local regulations.
- Act as the single point of contact for local Business Managers, driving talent acquisition, development, and other HR-related matters.
- Oversee annual talent reviews nationwide, monitor completion across functions, and ensure compliance with global HR frameworks and standards.
- Manage both high performers and underperformers, implementing strategies to motivate top talent and address underperformance.
- Coordinate annual succession planning reviews nationwide, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for critical positions.
- Manage the local talent pipeline for all positions, proactively anticipate future talent needs, and identify potential risks for key roles.
- Deploy and adapt global training programs for the workforce while also identifying and managing local training needs through partnerships with vendors.
- Develop and implement initiatives to cultivate a highly engaged workforce in Porto Salvo.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle (H2R) from recruitment to retirement, ensuring adherence to all relevant local regulations.
- Manage relationships with labor unions or work council representatives to promote a harmonious work environment.
- Monitor compliance of all HR processes with local regulations, coordinate resolution of compliance issues with local teams, and ensure adherence to global and local health & safety regulations and practices.
- Implement global employer branding initiatives and actions to attract top talent to the Indonesian market.
- Monitor key HR metrics and translate them into actionable insights for continuous improvement and strategic decision-making, collaborating with stakeholders at global, regional, and local levels.
